硅溶胶精密铸造属熔模铸造，大致的硅溶胶精密铸造工艺流程如下：
Silica Sol precision casting belongs to investment casting. The general process flow of Silica Sol precision casting is as follows:
1、首先根据硅溶胶铸造零件的形状制造模具；
1. Firstly, the mold is made according to the shape of silica sol casting parts;
2、再用硅溶胶铸造模具制造出来与零件一样的蜡型；
2. The wax mold which is the same as the parts is made by casting the mold with silica sol;

4、脱蜡，模型放入热水中，蜡会熔化漂浮在水面上，留下模壳；
